Shipping policy

 

REY DE FLOR offers UPS on all U.S. orders. Shipments will process within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

• Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address

• Items purchased from the U.S. REY DE FLOR website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  
• Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
• Python and crocodile products may not be shipped to California.

• For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us  and we will arrange to have your order held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.
• FedEx will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to us.
• Please note: During peak holidays delivery times may take longer.
• REY DE FLOR doesn’t provide overnight shipping, 2 day will be offered at customer expense. 
• REY DE FLOR doesn’t ship internationally.
