Refund policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused  products in their original condition within twenty (25) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please review Terms of Service & Conditions.

 CREDITS

Refunds are processed approximately (7-10) business days after the return is processed by our fulfillment center. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase . If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. 

  • To start a return, you may contact us at info@reydeflor.com Please list your order number and reason of return. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions.
  • REY DE FLOR is not responsible for return charges. 
  • Once received , returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.
    SALE ITEMS  
    • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
    PRE ORDER RETURN POLICY 
    • Cancellation of pre-orders is allowed within 24 hours. Please email us at info@reydeflor.com  After 24 hours and once the order has been submitted to production and paid it can only be returned for store credit for our online store. Please note, all pre-orders made are considered as sold and it will be reserved for you.
