After Sales and Warranty

At Rey de Flor, exceptional craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we create. We stand firmly behind the quality and design of our products, which is why we offer a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase when bought through authorized retailers and our website (reydeflor.com).

This warranty covers hardware and stitching. Please note: natural wear and tear or damage to leather caused by use, accidents, or negligence is not covered. 

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect after inspection, we will repair or replace it with the same style, if available. Should the exact style be unavailable, you may select a replacement of equal value. 

This warranty becomes void if the leather has been damaged due to causes unrelated to manufacturing or material faults. A valid sales receipt is required for all claims.
